What is the return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. We are more than happy to refund or replace any manufacturing defects. Please email us at info@ddstudios-shop.com if you received any faulty products!

Where do you ship?

We only offer domestic U.S. shipping at this time.

When will I receive my order?

Processing time is usually 1-10 business days. You will be notified once your package has shipped. Domestic shipping time is approximately 3-9 business days.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Please email us at info@ddstudios-shop.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. We may not be able to cancel or make changes if the order has already shipped.
